CANION COTAHUASI TREKKING
The Scenic Reserve of the Cotahuasi Sub-basin (RPSCC) is located in the province of La Unión, 10 hours by road from Arequipa. In the valley it is possible to visit the traditional settlements and enjoy the thermal waters, the waterfalls of Sipia and the geological faults of the canyon. At 3,562 meters deep, it is one of the largest canyons in the world.
The landscape is impressive, surrounded by the snow-capped peaks of Coropuna and Solimana and the falls of Sipia, with a drop of 150 meters and a permanent rainbow, which delights visitors. It is the perfect setting for adventure sports such as trekking, kayaking, paragliding, hang gliding, mountain biking, rock climbing, fishing or horse riding.

Day 1 COTAHUASI TREKKING BEGINNING
- 6:00 am Pick up from the Arequipa hotel.
- After about 2 and a half hours arrival at Majes Valley.
- Stop at the traditional village of Chuquibamba for lunch.
- Possible walk to the Laguna Pallarcocha.
- 17:00 arrival at Cotahuasi.
- Overnight in Cotahuasi.

Day 2 COTAHUASI´S CAMP
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- 07:00 am journey of about an hour and then about 40 minutes of walking to the Sipia Falls.
- Free time available.
- Return to Cotahuasi, box lunch along the way.
- Visit to the village of Tomepampa and the Luicho thermal baths.
- Visit to the city of Alca.
- Return to Cotahuasi.
- Overnight in Cotahuasi.

Day 3 COTAHUASI´S CAMP
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Walk approximately 50 minutes until you cross the suspended bridge.
- Continue by car and visit the village of Mungui.
- Stop in different points with a panoramic view.
- 30-minute walk to reach the Uskuni waterfall.
- Lunch.
- Time available for relaxing or walking for about 2 hours to reach the Wito stone forest.
- Return to Cotahuasi.
- Dinner.
- Overnight in Cotahuasi.

Day 4 TORO MUERTO TOUR / RETURN TO AREQUIPA
- Breakfast.
- 6:00 am return to Arequipa.
- Along the way you can visit the Petroglyphs of Toro Muerto and have lunch in the Majes
Valley. - End of our services.
- Prices are expressed in American Dollars per person.
